In this document the following expressions mean

The Business - Air-Sphere® Ltd.

The Customer - for (Air-Sphering®) Two riders per flight

Valid Prepay Air-Sphere® voucher - A voucher which has been purchased from Air-Sphere® Ltd. or other Activity providers on the date and time specified.
The Air-Sphere® voucher is valid for ten months from date of issue. (Gift company vouchers may vary.)

The Air-Sphere® (direct) voucher has to be purchased online or through the Air-Sphere® Booking Office and must be paid for by debit/credit card at the time of purchase.

The Air-Sphere® season operates all year but is only available on selected days and times as shown on our booking diary.


On production of a valid prepaid Air-Sphere® or other Activity provider voucher, the customer reserves the right to one flight (for one or two people in the Sphere, if directly specified on the voucher) subject to the following terms and conditions.


The customer cannot participate in a Air-Sphere® flight if they are:-



The business judgment of customer weight/height (or any other other restriction) is final and may be decided upon by Air-Sphere® staff on the day of the ride


If you suffer from any other conditions and are in doubt of your participation please contact Air-Sphere® Ltd.


All Air-Sphereing® vouchers/experiences/flight must be paid for in full at the time of purchase we cannot take bookings without full payment.

On making your booking with Air-Sphere® (this includes booking a time slot and paying Air-Sphere®, or redeeming a gift company or Air-Sphere® voucher with us) please be aware that this booking is binding and final.

No cancellations or amendments can be made upon this booking (after 24 hours from when the booking was made - we require an email sent to us within 24 hours to advise us of any changes that need to be made.)

Once the slot has been reserved for you and your voucher redeemed, this date, time and location cannot be amended.


For refunds, you have the right to return any goods bought directly from Air-Sphere® Ltd within seven days of receipt and a refund will be paid - minus the booking expenses Air-Sphere® has incurred.

There are no refunds available from seven days after booking - this is in relation to direct bookings through Air-Sphere® Ltd.

We are not liable for the cost of your postage or pre-booked accommodation/transport costs. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher/time slot. To request a refund you MUST email or call so we can register the date of your claim.

All participants are required to watch a Health and Safety DVD and sign a Statement of Risk and should fully understand that the activity is an extreme sport and there is always a risk of injury.

Customers are required to remove all watches, jewelery, belts, phones, footwear and any other objects that may cause injury to yourself or others, or damage to any equipment. You will be issued with a set of ear plugs (it gets quite noisy in the tunnel). You will be put into groups and advised to wait in reception area. Customers must not enter the wind tunnel until their ride is ready and they have been called.

False information could affect the safety and security of the staff and customer and invalidate insurance

Air-Sphere® Ltd. will be taking bookings for all pre-paid vouchers from December 2008 via our website www.Air-Sphere.com

It is the customer responsibility to arrive at the Air-Sphere® site at the specified date and time. Failure to do so may invalidate your voucher.

Air-Sphere® Ltd. reserves the right to cancel operations or bookings for any reason which may affect the safety and security of the customer or staff.

Air-Sphere® Ltd. is not responsible for any damage or loss to customer property at the site.
